{"id":210,"date":"2008-06-12T12:04:25","date_gmt":"2008-06-12T10:04:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lvps5-35-243-250.dedicated.hosteurope.de\/wordpress\/?p=210"},"modified":"2008-10-20T00:33:50","modified_gmt":"2008-10-19T22:33:50","slug":"fahrtechniktraining-und-gewitter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schork.li\/wordpress\/?p=210","title":{"rendered":"Fahrtechniktraining und Gewitter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das letzte von uns veranstaltete Fahrtechniktraining begeisterte die\u00c2\u00a0Teilnehmer derma\u00c3\u0178en, dass\u00c2\u00a0diese f\u00c3\u00bcr uns\u00c2\u00a0kr\u00c3\u00a4ftig die Werbetrommel ger\u00c3\u00bchrt hatten und wir am 08.06.2008 sogar zw\u00c3\u00b6lf Teilnehmer auf den Trainingsgel\u00c3\u00a4nde in Dossenheim begr\u00c3\u00bc\u00c3\u0178en durften.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Anfangs gutem Wetter mit angenehmen Temperaturen starteten wir unser Techniktraining mit den\u00c2\u00a0Grundlagen wie richtiges Bremsen, Kurvenf\u00c3\u00bchrung und\u00c2\u00a0Radbeherrschung. Nach der Mittagspause\u00c2\u00a0standen dann weiterf\u00c3\u00bchrende Techniken, wie der Bunnyhop oder das \u00c3\u0153berfahren von gro\u00c3\u0178en Hindernissen, auf dem Trainingsplan.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Schritt f\u00c3\u00bcr Schritt aufbauende Training von unseren Instruktoren Sascha und Benni, waren die steilen und technisch anspruchsvollen Gel\u00c3\u00a4ndepassagen f\u00c3\u00bcr die Mountainbiker am sp\u00c3\u00a4ten Nachmittag kein Problem mehr.<\/p>\n<p>Erst mit dem aufziehenden Gewitter wurden\u00c2\u00a0die Teilnehmer gezwungen mit dem\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u0153ben der gezeigten Techniken\u00c2\u00a0aufzuh\u00c3\u00b6ren. Doch der Trainingseifer\u00c2\u00a0h\u00c3\u00a4lt bestimmt bis zur n\u00c3\u00a4chsten Tour.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
