Zwischen den Fussball-EM St\u00c3\u00a4dten Basel und Bern lag der Austragungsort Tramelan. Das kleine beschauliche Dorf im Jura \u00c3\u00b6ffnete sonntags den\u00c2\u00a0an einer Alm liegenden Steinbruch f\u00c3\u00bcr die Fahrradtrialer und baute in k\u00c3\u00bcrzester Zeit Sektionen die durchaus an das Niveau der vergangenen Europameisterschaft ankn\u00c3\u00bcpfen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ziegelh\u00c3\u00a4user Botschafter Benjamin Schork kam aber nur stockend in den Wettkampf.\u00c2\u00a0Nach einer nerv\u00c3\u00b6sen ersten Runde taten die\u00c2\u00a0vierunddrei\u00c3\u0178ig Grad im Steinbruch und die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ihr \u00c3\u00bcbriges. Dennoch k\u00c3\u00a4mpfte er verbissen weiter und wurde\u00c2\u00a0Mitte der zweiten Runde mit einer gelungenen Sektion belohnt, die\u00c2\u00a0ihm f\u00c3\u00bcr den weiteren\u00c2\u00a0Wettkampf\u00c2\u00a0Sicherheit gab.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Tages platzierte er sich vor\u00c2\u00a0einem deutschen Kollegen auf Rang\u00c2\u00a0elf.
